Duterte fears Covid-19 surge
(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has warned that another Covid-19 surge could be 'in the horizon' if members of the public become too complacent about their perceived immunity from the respiratory illness.
He lamented that citizens, especially those already fully inoculated against Covid-19, tend to stray from health and safety protocols despite the threat of contracting the virus still being existent.
