ALMOST 7,000 passengers have been stranded in various regions in the Southern Philippines due to Tropical Storm Agaton, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported on Tuesday.
In its maritime safety advisory, the PCG said a total of 6,949 passengers, drivers, and cargo helpers were stranded in Bicol and North Eastern Mindanao, as well as Western, Central, and Eastern Visayas.
