FOR the past two years, isolation has been a common theme in our lives. We have had to stay apart in order to keep each other safe from the threat of Covid-19. It is interesting to note, however, that despite physically distancing from each other, we in the insurance industry have remained connected in more ways than one.

I believe that two factors have kept us together: the similar challenges we were faced with and, more importantly, our united stand in overcoming those challenges — all for the fulfillment of our noble mission. Having this shared experience has led us to be of one mind and one heart.
