BACOLOD CITY: The Victorias Milling Company (VMC) Distillery Plant in Barangay Purisima, Manapla has completed the upgrade of its facilities to address environmental issues and concerns.
Linley Retirado, chief manufacturing officer of the plant, said the upgrade started in 2019 with the construction of its waste treatment facility and it was completed in March this year.
