Torres leads karate team in SEA Games

IF her achievement in the 9th Southeast Asia Karate Federation (SEAKF) Championships in Cambodia last month is an indication, Rebecca Cyril Torres can be a medal contender in the Vietnam Southeast Asian Games (SEAG) next month.

Torres finished second to Indonesia's Putri Aprilla Krisda while Vietnam's Nguyen Thi Phoung placed third in the women's individual kata event in the tournament held from March 25 to 27 at the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
