BARMM teachers train for elections

MORE than 9,100 public school teachers in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) have participated in the month-long training to become certified Electoral Board Members (EBM) for the May 9, 2022 elections.

Aida Silongan of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) said the Electoral Board Certification Program aims to ensure the EBMs are 'capacitated to properly administer the voting.'
