Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) swept the first round with a 91-80 win over the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 84 men's basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday.
Tyler Tio sizzled for a career-high 20 points on 7-of-9 shooting including 4-of-5 from the 3-point area, as the Blue Eagles remained at the top with a 7-0 slate and extended their winning run to 33 games dating back to 2018.
