Duterte will not endorse presidential bet

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte will not endorse any presidential candidate to avoid speculation that he will use public funds to campaign for his preferred successor.

In his pre-recorded Talk to the People aired on Tuesday, the President maintained his stance to stay 'neutral' in the May elections.
