THE Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Thursday allayed fears of Filipinos abroad that they will not have enough time to vote amid the reported postponement in the final testing of vote counting machines (VCMs) in some Philippine foreign posts.
DFA Assistant Secretary Eduardo Meñez made the assurance after some Filipinos, especially in New York City in the United States, expressed this concern.
