FIRSTLAWCOMIC reported that today "about 11 percent of the workers at McDonald's company-owned restaurants are 50 years or older." I remember seeing elderly persons working as busboys/girls in fast food restaurants two decades ago in Hong Kong and Singapore. In many companies today, particularly in the QSR (quick service restaurant) industry, it is no longer uncommon to see a multigenerational workforce.
