THE Cavite State University (CvSU) held its 109th Commencement Exercises at CvSU International Convention Center on March 31 with Dr. Emelita Bagsit, Regional Director of the Department of Science and Technology Regional Office 4-A, as guest of honor and speaker, according to CvSU President Dr. Hernando Robles.
