PRESIDENTIAL candidate Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. expressed confidence that the war-ravaged city of Marawi can be rebuilt before President Rodrigo Duterte steps down in June.

Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Marcos said that Duterte is already completing the rehabilitation of Marawi City.
