ALL preparations for the coming national and local elections are in full swing and would be ready as scheduled weeks ahead of the scheduled polls, according to the Commission on Elections (Comelec)
Chairman Saidamen Pangarungan gave the assurance on Friday as the Comelec inked an agreement with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), tapping the latter's expertise in information technology in providing full transparency and security of the automated elections system (AES).
