THE country's money supply surged in February this year, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) reported, as banks lent more.
Domestic liquidity (M3) increased by 8.5 percent year on year to P15.2 trillion in February 2022, the central bank noted in a statement on Thursday, which was unchanged from January's adjusted gain. Month on month, and seasonally adjusted, M3 rose by 0.3 percent.
