THE Rotary Club of San Juan Neapolitan District 3800 unveiled the biggest back-to-back elevated Rotary Wheel Marker last Feb. 19, 2022, which was presided by Life Changing President Herminigildo "Cata" Cataluña Jr. of Rotary Club of San Juan Neapolitan, with Life Changing Governor Augusto "Augie" Soliman of District 3800 as guest of honor and speaker.
