THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) has warned candidates in the May 9, 2022 polls from engaging in vote buying activities, saying that it would be a different ball game this time.

Commissioner George Garcia on Tuesday said the commission has learned a lesson from past elections wherein despite reports of rampant vote buying in various areas, none of the politicians involved have been found guilty of such electoral violation.
