FREE training courses and lesser pre-deployment documentary requirements for seafarers are among the top priorities for the maritime industry of the ACTS OFW party-list which is seeking to regain a seat in Congress in the May elections.
In an interview with The Manila Times, Aniceto "John" Bertiz 3rd, chairman of the ACTS OFW, said the party will strengthen policies and funding for free training courses for seafarers.
