OFFICE space demand is seen to pick up later in the year despite decline in the first quarter due to the Omicron surge, real estate services firm Leechiu Property Consultants (LPC) said.
In a virtual briefing on Monday, LPC director for Commercial Leasing Mikko Barranda said the country still saw 124,000 square meters (sqm) of leasing transactions in the first quarter of the year despite the surge in Covid-19 cases.
