MALACAÑANG on Sunday, March 27, called on residents living in villages and communities near Taal Volcano to remain vigilant and heed all instructions of concerned government agencies amid another unrest being exhibited by the volcano.
State volcanologists have placed Taal Volcano under Alert Level 3 after a phreatomagmatic eruption of its main crater on Saturday, March 26 followed by twin phreatomagmatic events early morning.
