The regional directors of the beleaguered Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (Patafa) expressed their full support to Patafa president Philip Juico and chairman Rufus Rodriguez amid the suspension order slapped by the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) to the federation.

In a statement released on Monday, the regional directors said the suspension order on Patafa, which the POC made with reference to the national federation's non-endorsement of Olympian pole vaulter EJ Obiena in international competitions, is unjustified.
