Filinvest REIT nets P1.9B

FILINVEST REIT Corp.'s full year profit reached P1.9 billion last year, driven by rental and other revenues and a gain on derecognition of its lease liabilities.

In a disclosure to the exchange on Friday, the real estate investment trust (REIT) company said rental and other revenues amounted to P3.4 billion, while the gain on the derecognition of lease liabilities was at P189 million.
