PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte issued an executive order (EO) adopting a 10-point policy agenda to accelerate the country's economic recovery from the coronavirus pandemic.
Signed on March 21, EO 166 calls for a whole-of-government approach to streamline and effectively implement recovery programs and measures addressing the urgent need to adopt policies on economic recovery to sustain economic gains and minimize the pandemic's long-term adverse effects.
