Court dismisses estafa case vs firm linked to P500-M investment scam

UPDATED: An estafa case involving a direct selling and investment firm which the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ordered closed seven years ago, has been dismissed.

Terrence Kenji Ito, president of One Lightning Corp., emailed a copy of the ruling of Presiding Judge Genie Gapas Agbada of Pasig City Regional Trial Court Branch 264 to The Manila Times on Tuesday.
