GOVERNMENT agencies and business chambers on Tuesday lauded the signing of the amendments to the Public Service Act (PSA), noting these will help the Philippines attract more foreign direct investments (FDIs).

In a Viber message to reporters, Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez said investment leads in telecommunications, transportation, logistics and railways are expected to be over $60 billion.
