Local shipping lines see rate increase

DOMESTIC shipping lines expect rate hikes amid the increase in bunker fuel prices as a result of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Mark M. F. Parco, president of Philippine Liner Shipping Association (PLSA), said the local shipping lines have experienced a double whammy of fuel price increases and port charges.
