SOLANO, Nueva Vizcaya: Sorsogon Gov. Francis "Chiz" Escudero, who is seeking a Senate comeback in the May 2022 elections, said the country's implementation of the Universal Health Care (UHC) Act will be useless if it does not benefit the poorest provinces, especially in Mindanao.
Escudero was in Solano on Sunday to meet with the press and supporters in Region 2 in Northern Luzon.
