RUSSIAN Ambassador to Manila Marat Pavlov on Monday said his government is committed to fulfil its obligation to supply state-of-the-art military helicopters to modernize the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
He raised the importance of the military cooperation between Moscow and Manila because it showed "how we can diversify our partnership and how reliable is the Russian Federation."
