A PIONEER of flexible working arrangements in the industry, MullenLowe Treyna (MLT) officially inaugurated its hybrid work space and setup at the end of February 2021. Integrating learnings across different disciplines and work styles, the group prioritized results and culture-building as it reimagined a better way of working.

'Work that requires focus and deep thinking can be done at home or anywhere,' said Mel Jimenez, client services director. 'But there's nothing like in-person brainstorming to generate creative sparks and inspire lively discussion.' Jimenez took on the additional task of overseeing the hybrid space renovation from pitching the interior design brief to selecting mid-century vintage accents.
