Three vice presidential candidates differed widely in their stand over the proposal to suspend the petroleum excise tax as a way to cushion the steep increase in fuel prices during the Pilipinas Debates 2022 on Sunday.

Seven of the nine vice presidential candidates participated in the debate organized by the Commission on Elections.
