Businessmen's 'wish list' to next president

WHOEVER wins the presidential election on May 9 should prioritize reforms in foreign policy, health care, property rights, the rule of law and governance, panelists at an investment forum said.

When asked what the next president's first order of business should be when he or she takes office on June 30, Rizal Commercial Banking Corp.'s (RCBC) chief economist Michael Ricafort said it should be improving foreign policy.
