CRIMINAL complaints were filed before the Department of Justice (DoJ) against the suspected perpetrators of the disappearance of 34 enthusiasts of e-sabong or online cockfighting.
The Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) filed charges of kidnapping and serious illegal detention — a violation of Article 267 of the Revised Penal Code against 15 persons, including six John Does.
