'Work from home' is for employers and workers to decide

THERE is a law, Republic Act 11165, or the 'Telecommuting Act,' which authorizes employers to have work arrangements that allow their workers to work from home or from some other places outside the premises of the employers, as long as workers' rights are protected.

In most countries that allow this kind of work arrangement, the governments only require that the rights of workers are not diminished nor in any way jeopardized.
