PHILIPPINE National Police chief Gen. Dionardo Bernardo Carlos on Thursday said that the special investigation task group (SITG) has identified at least four persons of interest in its ongoing probe on the attack that occurred against Infanta, Quezon Mayor Filipina Grace America last month.
Carlos said that based on the pieces of evidence that include a closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage, it clearly showed the suspects were within the vicinity of the crime scene.
