121 former MILF rebels finish skills training

MORE decommissioned Moro rebels have become skilled workers after getting their national competency certificate last Wednesday from the Ministry of Education of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.

Minister Mohaqher Iqbal of the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education's Technical Education and Skills Development (MBHTE-TESD) said the former rebels are now earning a decent income from the skills that they acquired.
