17K police to be deployed in 'places of convergence' during summer break, Holy Week--PNP

THE Philippine National Police (PNP) will deploy some 17,000 personnel in 'places of convergence' where people are expected to spend their summer vacation and Holy Week.

PCol. Jean Fajardo, PNP spokesman, said more than 42,000 force multipliers and volunteers will be assisting in Oplan SumVac 2022 or Oplan Summer Vacation 2022 in preserving peace and security.
