MHEIs' issues tackled at Vista Maritima

WITH an articulate spokesman, Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP) President VAdm Eduardo Ma R. Santos said the country's 87 maritime higher education institutions (MHEIs) would have a good opportunity to bring their issues and concerns to would-be lawmakers.

Santos took the cudgels for MHEIs when he presented their pressing problems during the first leg of the Vista Maritima: Elections and Beyond organized jointly by the Women in Maritime Philippines Association (WIMAPhil) and the Movement for Maritime Philippines (MMP).
