SEC clears CTS Global IPO

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday said it has approved the P1.375-billion initial public offering (IPO) of CTS Global Equity Group.

In a statement, the commission said it has resolved to render effective the registration statement of CTS Global on March 10, which covers 6.875 billion common shares.
