THE Canned Sardines Association of the Philippines (CSAP) is calling for a price increase on canned sardines, warning that another round of fuel price hikes would increase production costs.
In a statement on Thursday, CSAP Executive Director Francisco "Bombit" Buencamino urged the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to immediately act on its request to cushion the disruption brought about by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
