UNDER the leadership of Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Joseph 'Joy' Ballota Encabo, the government's adaptive and responsive agency for formulating, adopting and implementing integrated and comprehensive plans and projects that promote cooperatives or co-ops celebrates its 32nd anniversary this March 10, 2022 with the theme 'Matatag na ahensya para sa matatag na kooperatiba.'

Within the first 10 months of having been appointed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte since April 21, 2021, Chairman Encabo has overseen an impressive lineup of programs and activities in time for the month-long celebration of the foundation of the CDA.
