Lawmaker seeks LandBank probe of loan 'victim'

ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Rowena Niña Taduran urged Land Bank of the Philippines officials to investigate the complaint of a businessman who claimed to have been a victim of the banks 'unsound' loan policies.

In a letter, Taduran asked the bank to look into the case of American Blvd. President Alberto Ching who said that he suffered greatly after taking out a loan with LandBank. Ching sought the help of the lawmaker hoping that he can get justice.
