THE Department of Education (DepEd) foresees the reopening of more schools to hold limited in-person classes with its progressive expansion, as alert level status was lowered in more provinces nationwide.
During the Laging Handa Public Briefing on March 2, Education Chief Leonor Briones said that more than 6,000 schools are ready to implement face-to-face classes. Of which, 4,239 public schools and 76 private schools have already started conducting in-person classes as of March 1.
