PNP to file kidnap raps vs 6 security men linked to missing cockfighters

THE Philippine National Police (PNP) will file charges of kidnapping and serious illegal detention against six security personnel this week over the missing cockfight enthusiasts (sabungero) in a Manila Arena, its spokesman said on Wednesday.

PCol. Jean Fajardo said in a radio interview that the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said the charges will be filed 'anytime this week.'
