THE Supreme Court (SC) issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the implementation of the Commission on Elections' (Comelec) "Oplan Baklas" or the removal of campaign posters on private property.
SC spokesman Brian Hosaka said that the tribunal, in its en banc deliberations on Tuesday, issued the TRO to the Comelec and poll body's director and spokesman James Jimenez.
