P1.1-B shabu seized in Valenzuela; suspects nabbed

MORE than P1.1 billion worth of suspected shabu were seized by authorities from a foreigner, identified as a Cinese, and his accomplice, during a buy-bust operation in Valenzuela City on Tuesday.

An initial report by Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) identified the suspects as Tianzhu Lyu of Fujian, China and Meliza Villanueva of Concepcion, Tarlac.
