MREIT net income reaches P2B

MREIT Inc., Megaworld's real estate investment trust (REIT) company, on Monday reported a net income of P2 billion for the six-month period ending December 2021.

The REIT company in a disclosure said the figure includes a fair value gain on MREIT's investment properties of P702 million.
