President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday said he is considering calling for a special session of Congress to discuss the recommendations of the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) to mitigate the impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on the Philippine economy.
In his pre-recorded "Talk to The People" public briefing Monday night, the Chief Executive said that with only a little over four months left in his term, there may not be enough time to tackle and implement measures to address the effect of the crisis between Russia and Ukraine.
