Albay health services, tourism focus of bet for governor

LEGAZPI City Mayor Noel Rosal vowed to improve the health programs and the tourism industry of Albay if elected governor of the province.

'Whatever I have done in Legazpi as a public servant for more than 30 years, that is also what I will do as Albay governor,' said Rosal during The Manila Times' 'Lights, Camera, Boto! The Chat Show Edition' interview show on Sunday.
