Gibo seeks stronger educational partnerships

Senate candidate Gilbert 'Gibo' Teodoro wants state universities and colleges (SUCs) in the country to strengthen their partnership with international educational institutions to expand exchange program opportunities for Filipino students.

Teodoro, a former Defense secretary, made this pitch as he laid down his education platform during his interview with DZRJ radio.
