Proposed Agri-Agra Law amendments a loophole — FFF

Group Federation of Free Farmers (FFF) released its analysis and identified 'loopholes' in both versions of the proposed amendments Republic Act (RA) 10000, or the Agri-Agra Reform Credit Act of 2009.

This comes as Congress prepares to create a bicameral committee to reconcile Senate and House bills to amend the law as soon as possible.
