THE Amazing Philippines Digital Economy Corp. (Apdec), the digital arm of logistics firm Airspeed, recently partnered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to launch "Kahanga-hangang Pilipinas," an e-commerce advocacy program that featured micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) countrywide.
